Changes To Norwegian VAT Rules

The Norwegian Ministry of Finance has confirmed that from July 1, 2013, companies established in countries with which the nation has a tax information exchange agreement, or a mutual assistance agreement for the collection of VAT, will no longer be required to appoint a VAT representative.
