Irish Budget Review

Announcing the government's Budget for 2013, Finance Minister Michael Noonan declared that, just two years after the catastrophic near-collapse of the country's banking system and its subsequent bail-out, Ireland is now "well on the road to recovery" and can look to the future with "confidence."
