Panama Grants Certain Companies A One-Month Filing Extension

Panama has extended the filing annual corporate tax filing deadline for certain international trading and group headquarter companies.
The country has gazetted a resolution to extend the annual tax return filing deadline for companies established in the Panama-Pacific Special Economic Zone and companies with a multinational company headquarter license, from November 30, 2019, to December 31, 2019.
The change was introduced through resolution no. 201-7206 of October 30, 2019.
