The Irish Revenue has announced further enhancements to its online services for Pay As You Earn (PAYE) taxpayers, to make it quicker, easier, and more convenient to manage their tax affairs.
Revenue said that from early January 2017, access to its existing PAYE services – including PAYE Anytime, Form 12, and the Jobs and Pensions service – will be from the new PAYE Services card in myAccount.
MyAccount is a single access point for all Revenue's secure online services, with the exception of Revenue On-line Service (ROS).
According to Revenue, PAYE Services "allows you to quickly and easily claim tax credits, declare income, claim refunds, submit a tax return, and tell us about a new job or private pension." Taxpayers will be able to access PAYE services from all smart devices.
Revenue will replace its PAYE Anytime service in 2017.
Revenue also recently launched a mobile app called RevApp, which provides access to myAccount, myEnquiries, Calculators and Tools, and Receipts Tracker.
