Estonia's Ministry of Finance has said that reforms to tax administration have boosted tax revenues this year.

Overall Treasury revenues for the period January 1 to August 31, 2015, showed an increase of 3.8 percent over the same period in the previous year. The Ministry says this is attributable to more efficient collection.

Value-added tax revenues rose the most, by 11.9 percent, next followed by social security contributions, which were up 7.3 percent.
