Bolivia's National Tax Service (SIN) confirmed in late March that it held 15 workshops in the central city of Cochabamba to promote tax compliance.
The workshops were conducted in universities, technical schools, professional schools, and facilities owned by the Government of the district of Cochabamba.
The SIN also said that "Tax Culture Days" were organized to explain to taxpayers the scope of the value-added tax (VAT), the Transaction Tax (IT), and the Tax on Corporate Profits (IUE).
