Argentina Launches Information Portal For Taxpayers

by Mike Godfrey, Tax-News.com, Washington

05 October 2017

Argentina has launched a portal to provide taxpayers with up-to-date information about their tax affairs.

The portal – Portal del Ciudadano, or citizen portal – will tell taxpayers about any outstanding liabilities, any payments due each month, payments made, and details of previous interactions with the tax authority.

It will let taxpayers request details of any personal information that the agency holds about them, such as their address, email details, and dependents.
