Argentina Further Extends Transfer Pricing Deadlines

by Mike Godfrey, Tax-News.com, Washington

16 December 2019

Argentina's tax agency has announced further extensions to tax filing dates for transfer pricing filings for financial years ending on December 31, 2018.

The deadline, which was previously August 3-7, 2019, depending on the taxpayer's ID number, was pushed forward previously to December 16-20, 2019. These returns are now due in the second week of February 2020, the tax authority said.

The extension is due to an overhaul to the filing requirements. The changes will be released in a new regulation, which will be finalized shortly, the tax agency said, and will result in the creation of a new online filing system and single form (F2668) to be filed, it added.
