RAK FTZ is made up of THREE Parks:

Business Park - is conveniently located in the centre of Ras Al Khaimah's business quarter. The Business Park is in close proximity to numerous renowned UAE landmarks and attractions such as, the Hilton Hotel, RAK Exhibition Centre as well as Al Manar Shopping and Entertainment Mall. All the offices in RAK FTZ's Business Park are fully furnished and functional.

Industrial Park - is spread over a 300-hectare area. The Industrial Park is located along of Ras Al Khaimah's coastal road, approximately 15 kilometers from the city. The park serves as a warehousing and construction site. The Industrial Park provides a range of facilities including a Custom Office, Administrative Services Centre, Support Services Centre as well as on-site accommodation for the employees of companies.

Technology Park - covers an area of about 100 hectares. The Technology Park is found on the south of Ras Al Khaimah, allowing easy access from Dubai by using the E 311. The Technology Park focuses on light industry and automated manufacturing projects.

RAK FTZ's fourth park -  is currently being developed. The fourth Park will be named Al Ghayl Industrial Park.
