The Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Foreign Investment Agency on Monday launched a new website on foreign investment.
In addition to allowing foreign investors to access news, guidelines, regulations, and other useful information in three languages (Vietnamese, Japanese, and English), the new site also lists projects in need of investment, and provides a forum for questions and answers on investment issues.
According to a Vietnam News Agency report, Foreign Investment Agency chief, Phan Huu Thang stated that the website represented a move towards making the regime for foreign investment in the country more transparent.
Chinese, French and Korean versions of the website are expected to be launched in due course.
