The UK Patent Office has announced that it will be providing advice to small and medium-sized businesses on resolving intellectual property problems and changes in legislation at its "Intellectual Property – The Commercial Reality for SMEs" seminar on September 27.
Senior Policy Adviser at the Patent Office, Lawrence Cullen, will be joining a number of speakers at this Intellectual Property Institute’s event, which is being held at the Institute of Child Health in London, to brief SMEs on patents, trade marks, design registration and copyright.
Speaking with regard to the forthcoming seminar, Mr Cullen explained that:
"All businesses own some form of intellectual property so it is important for them to keep up-to-date with any changes and to know how to deal with any complications that may arise."
