A subsidiary of the global AXA Group, Sun Life International (Isle of Man) Limited is changing its name to AXA Isle of Man Limited as part of AXA's strategy to present all its UK-based companies under the AXA brand.
The name change is set to take place from September 24 and from December 1 the company's products, including Evolution, Estate Planning Bond II and International With Profits Bond, will all have newly designed AXA branded literature.
In a statement released by Sun Life, managing director Kevin Dean said: 'We are delighted to be part of one of the largest insurance and asset management groups in the world. Renaming the company "AXA Isle of Man Limited" reinforces the fact that we share in AXA's global strength and expertise.'
He added: 'The same tax-efficient products will be available, with the same excellent service that Sun Life International (IOM) Limited has a reputation for providing.'
Sun Life International (IOM) is an exempt insurer for Isle of Man tax purposes and as such a leading provider of tax-efficient financial products. The global AXA Group operates in over 60 countries and has assets under management valued at £550 billion at the beginning of this year.
