Polish officials visited Qatar last week for official talks which included the signing of an agreement for the avoidance of double tax between the two countries.
The meeting was hosted by the Prime Minister of Qatar Hamad Al-Thani and attended by many Polish officials including Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Treasury Minister Alexander Grad.
The officials discussed enhancing economic and trade co-operation and a number of regional and international matters of mutual concern.
The double tax agreement was signed by Qatar’s Minister of Economy and Finance and the Polish Treasury Minister.The treaty now awaits ratification.
