In its 15th deal this year, PSINet bought Panamanian ISP Sinfonet, increasing its reach to 19 countries. Sinfonet has more than 50% of the Panamanian market.
PSINet
also announced the formation of a Central American and Mexican
business division to be headed by Antonio Rihan.
