Ogier Is Leading CISX Listing Agent

It emerged this week that Ogier Corporate Finance Limited has just sponsored its 200th listing on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Listings on the CISX have seen dramatic growth in recent months, with Ogier sponsoring 85 listings since November 2006.

During that period, Ogier revealed on Tuesday, it sponsored more than twice as many listings as any other firm, acting as sponsor on around 25% of all listings in that timeframe.

Commenting on the achievement Chris Byrne, Head of the Group’s Structured Finance Practice explained that:

“Demand from our clients to list on the CISX has been exceptionally strong as they appreciate the benefits the Exchange can offer. It is testimony to all the professionals at Ogier who have worked hard to meet our clients’ needs that we have sponsored so many listings in such a short space of time, thereby maintaining our position as the market leader in listings on the CISX”

Ogier Corporate Finance Limited was a founder member of the CISX when the Exchange launched in 1998. Today the Group offers listings services on the CISX through its Jersey and Guernsey offices.
