The Guernsey Company Registry, due to come into operation in July 2008, has announced its proposed fees for company incorporations, late filings and a variety of other online services that will be available.
These fees will come into force when the new Registry is operational, and existing fees charged by the Company Registry team at the Greffe will remain unchanged until that time.
The fees are designed to encourage the use of the Guernsey Company as opposed to corporate vehicles from other jurisdictions.
Mark Whiteley, Guernsey Registrar of Companies (Designate), commented: “We have researched the services and fees in competitor jurisdictions and we believe that the range of services we will provide and the prices we are proposing are highly competitive. For instance, online incorporation in less than 24 hours for GBP100 is excellent value.”
