Isle of Man encryption specialists, Invisimail, have signed a new partnership deal with AMD - the world's second largest PC processor manufacturer. The terms of the agreement provide the Manx company with pre-release editions of AMD's new Intel Pentium busting processors code named K7 or Athlon. Invisimail will evaluate the product as one of only a select few developers to have access to the chips. Two senior AMD officials were on the Island recently for talks with Invisimail directors Damien Fozard and Steve Ward. Meanwhile the latest Invisimail 4.0 product received its first independent press review in PC Pro, which was generous in its praise.
