Isle of Man consultancy DR NewMedia Limited and multimedia design company Arts-Interactive Ltd have announced OffshoreCart, billed as the world's first hosted shopping cart solution aimed at offshore e-commerce businesses.

OffshoreCart is an Internet based shopping cart application that can be added to your existing website. OffshoreCart adds shopping cart and payment functionality to your existing site.'
OffshoreCart is currently being offering free to Manx businesses that use Arts Interactive to put together their website.
Arts Interactive is describes itself as 'a unique multimedia design company'. Founded in 1994, Arts Interactive offers innovative, interactive solutions specializing in web site development and e-commerce, multimedia (such as touch screen kiosks, interactive CD-ROMs and animated web sites) and traditional print.
