Taking place this week in Zurich for the third time is the Swiss Finance Fair, Funds '01, which is the largest fair of its kind in Switzerland. It runs from 8 to 10 February.
The event will play host to more than 60 banks and fund providers from a number of European countries, including Switzerland itself, Liechtenstein, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. All will be using the opportunity to present and promote their investment products.
Four Liechtenstein institutions will be exhibiting at the event, including the principality's three largest banks, LGT, LLB and VP Bank. Liechtenstein Vice Head of Government, Michael Ritter, is set to be one of the speakers and will present his views on Liechtenstein as a financial services centre.
The fair will offer potential investors the opportunity to compare various providers and products. On offer will be a wide range of products, including strategic funds for private investors and specialist investments for professional investors.
