LGT Focusses on International Private Banking

At an investment briefing held by the Luxembourg Global Trust in Vaduz on 19 October, Prince Philipp of Liechtenstein, who is President of the Trust, welcomed Prince Alois, heir to the throne. Also present was the Head of Government Mario Frick, clients of the LGT Bank, Liechtenstein and financial services experts.

Addressing the guests, Prince Philipp said that LGT would continue to focus its development efforts in the private banking sector. He remarked that investors want more information than just transparent figures, they also want to know the company's investment target, its strategy and investment procedures. He gave credit for LGT's continuing success to the excellent regulatory framework which distinguished Liechtenstein as a location for financial services.

Prince Philipp of Liechtenstein devised the Liechtenstein Global Trust which he aims to develop into one of Europe's leading financial service groups. The Trust was designed to specialise in international private banking while maintaining the highest professional standards.
