Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) has announced that it now offers an additional service to customers with offshore bank accounts in the form of online banking. The new service is fully transactional and available to corporate accounts as well as individual account holders 24 hours a day, every day.
Singer & Friedlander is an independent financial services group offering merchant banking, investment management, stockbroking and property services. The Isle of Man offshore branch offers a range of banking services tailored for overseas residents, expatriates or those clients that require gross income.
Online banking is free of charge for all customers and uses state-of-the-art technology to provide top-notch security. Singer & Friedlander say all information is encrypted to the highest degree possible for a non-military organisation.
Assistant director of the bank, Aidan Doherty, stated in the Isle of Man press this week: 'Our customers demand a convenient, simple to use banking service which fits in with their busy lifestyles. Our new online service is just that. The round-the-clock accessibility and its transactional capabilities are designed to empower our clients so that wherever they are in the world they will be able to access their account at a time that suits them.'
He added: 'Online banking is being launched as an additional service, not a replacement one, designed to make life simpler. Delivering the best customer service is vital and so all online customers will still have access to our full range of offline support and personal assistance.'
