Beauchamp Financial Technology (BFT), which has a range of systems designed to support hedge fund management operations, has announced that it is opening an office in Hong Kong.
Stuart Farr, Chief Executive Officer, said, "BFT has a truly global client base and our Hong Kong office enables us to deliver products and services to those clients in Asia Pacific. Going forward, in conjunction with our New York and London offices we will be offering 24 hour support. " BFT already has three clients in the region who are supported by the new office in Hong Kong.
Daniel Simpson, Head of Sales adds "We have seen a marked growth in interest from the Asian market, which is due to the increasing number of funds starting up in Hong Kong and Singapore. I am looking forward to working with these funds and helping them select the right technology solutions that will grow with them."
Says the company:
'Beauchamp Financial Technology has invested considerable resources to create
a new generation of systems specifically for the hedge fund manager. At the
core of BFT's hedge funds solutions is the Trading Data Platform (TDP) that
provides the technology framework and infrastructure that facilitates the growth
of a hedge fund in
terms of assets under management, number of funds or trading styles.
'BFT spent over two years in developing a database and processing framework called the Trading Data Platform (TDP). The TDP provides the underlying database and processing architecture for all BFT's products, including FundManager, ProfitAnalyser, PositionManager, ReportManager and OrderManager.
'The company has clients across three continents and offices in London and New York.'
