Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang visited Dalian's port and shipbuilding industry last week with a business delegation.
They visited the Donggang Port Area to learn about Dalian's development plan and explore Hong Kong-Dalian business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, commerce and retail businesses.
They toured Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd to understand the Chinese Mainland's shipbuilding industry, and to identify areas in which Hong Kong's related industries can play a role.
