As the industrial park development takes shape at Lathbury Barracks, expected to be completed within the next 8-10 months, the government has formulated plans for the Lathbury barracks industrial park to become the next hi-tech hub in Gibraltar with some 50 units available for use by companies directly related to technology.
The new industrial park falls in line with plans to facilitate new emerging technological businesses with a chance to work within an environment which is both suited to their needs and which gives them easy access to services available on the Rock, and is expected to open up new avenue towards the creation of the e-business centre the Government is now aiming to build.
