In addition to the 13 partner agreements First Ecom.com signed in January 2000, the company added the following companies in February to help extend its reach across Asia through referrals:

Modem Media - A major international web development company that is the exclusive builder and marketer of Me-business solutions, a customer-focused approach to Internet business.
DesigNet - A web developer and systems integrator in the Philippines.
AHI - A web developer and systems integrator in Taiwan.
Netopio - A Hong Kong-based web developer and systems integrator.
