First Ecom.com Inc. Lists On Bermuda Stock Exchange

First Ecom.com Inc, a global provider of electronic payment processing services, has announced the listing of its existing common shares and new units on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Each unit represents one common share and a warrant to purchase one-third of a common share.

"These listings strengthen First Ecom.com's existing links to Bermuda, a prime location for ecommerce business. The Exchange continues to work to attract listings of this type in support of Bermuda's e-commerce initiatives."
