Ernst and Young Bermuda has formed an alliance with newly formed law firm, Hollis & Co. The alliance, the first of its kind among the 'Big Five' professional services firms in Bermuda, will enable both firms to provide a fuller range of integrated services to their clients.
Commenting on the alliance between Hollis & Co and Ernst & Young, Jan Spiering, Managing Partner of Ernst & Young, said: "What this means for Ernst & Young now is that we can offer broader more valuable solutions to our client needs. With this new alliance our full range of services will include accounting, auditing, legal, actuarial, tax, corporate recovery and insolvency, fund administration, business and information systems consulting services.
Many of our international clients already benefit from our legal services offered internationally and want to have the same in Bermuda. They see value in a 'one-stop-shop' service."
Hollis & Co, located in Hamilton, Bermuda, is headed by Wendell Hollis, who has over 24 years experience serving both local and international clients.
