The Dubai Property Investment Show (DPIS), an annual real estate convention for investors both internationally and in the Middle East, will be holding a series of free seminars for both professional and private investors at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre next month.
Held as part of the International Property Week, the exhibition comprises a number of investment seminars and the opportunity to interact with property experts, consultants, designers and finance providers.
It is understood that several new property launches and special deals will also be featured at the show.
The seminars are divided into two main broad interest areas, covering private buyers and real estate professionals respectively, and will take place every day through the course of the exhibition, which will be held between February 1-3.
“The seminars have been designed to give visitors a comprehensive insight into the real estate market – the best property deals, issues that need to be examined before investing, trends in property development, and practical advice from the experts,” commented Guy Guillemard, Marketing Director of the event's organisers, the Domus Group.
According to Guillemard, the seminars will feature investment opportunities from over 20 countries including the UAE, Australia, Bahrain, Croatia, France, Germany, Egypt, India, Lebanon, Germany, Malaysia, New Zealand, Spain, Thailand, UK, USA and Iran.
“This is a first for the region. It will feel like the whole world of real estate gathered under one roof,” he stated.
