Dubai is to host its first investment and property exhibition this year and it is expected to be the biggest of its kind in the Middle East. To be held in the Dubai World Trade Centre, the conference is entitled the 'Invest 2001 Exhibition and Conference' and will run from April 2 - 5.
The event is expected to cover a wide range of services including information on financial investment vehicles, commercial and industrial investment opportunities, tax-related matters, free zones, and property and development. Solution packages will be also be available for Islamic-based financing, inheritance laws and property issues. Promotional packages will be on offer for all participants, including sponsors, exhibitors, conference delegates and advertisers.
The conference, co-developed by Challenger Real Estate and Conserve International Management Consultants, is aimed largely at high net-worth individuals interested in investing throughout the Gulf region; exhibitors hope to put on a wide range of promotional events in order to attract their custom.
The developers say they have chosen Dubai because it is the commercial hub of the Middle East region with the added incentive of the Dubai World Trade Centre as a 'premier site' for exhibitions in the region.
