Dubai advisory firm the Cragus Group has announced that Reggie Mezu, previously Shell’s Regional Tax Manager for the Middle East, Caspian, and South Asia, has joined the firm’s international tax advisory practice from the 1st of October 2007, advising leading multinationals both in the Middle East, particularly the Arabic Gulf, and Africa.
Reggie has over 20 years tax and legal experience, including roles in the UK, Nigeria, Singapore, The Netherlands, and the UAE; within Andersen, Price Waterhouse, and Shell. He has a wide knowledge of the oil and gas industry with extensive experience across the Middle East, US, Europe, Russia and Asia pacific, in corporate structuring, cross border transactions, joint ventures, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, double tax treaties, reform and development of fiscal frameworks.
The Cragus Group is a corporate advisory firm established in 2006; its main office is located in Dubai, UAE.
