The UK's Royal Yachting Association, co-organisers of the Dinghy Sailing Show (in association with Yachts and Yachting and Suzuki), at the weekend welcomed the conclusion of another successful event.
Event organiser Jenny Curry announced on Sunday that:
“We are thrilled that this year has been another very successful show. Thanks to all our dedicated exhibitors, top names from the world of sailing, who have taken time out of their busy schedules to support us, and the team of organisers, the show continues to attract new and experienced sailors of all ages.”
The show was opened by Dame Ellen MacArthur, and top Olympic sailors and campaigners Simon Hiscocks, Chris Draper, Joe Glanfield, Saskia Clark and Paul Goodison were present to launch the Skandia Team GBR Sail for Gold Yearbook, available from this weekend.
