The Teheran Stock Exchange Corporation (TSE) has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).

The Memorandum of Understanding strengthens co-operation between the two exchanges in eleven areas. It is hoped that the initiative will help to expand both exchanges' market access, and benefit consultancy services and the cross-listing of shares.

The exchanges also agreed to co-operate in various other areas, namely through the exchange of expertise, public information dissemination, the sharing of technical knowledge and formulating education and exchanging training programs.

The TSE and the CSE are both members of the World Federation of Exchanges.
