The Permanent Representative of the Republic of Cyprus to the United Nations, Ambassador Andreas Mavroyiannis, earlier this month presented his credentials to the Governor of Antigua and Barbuda, Sir James B. Carlisle, as Cypriot High Commissioner to that country.
The Governor of Antigua and Barbuda, receiving the credentials, expressed the desire that bilateral relations would be enhanced and that cooperation in the fields of shipping, tourism and services would expand.
During his visit in Antigua and Barbuda, Mr Mavroyiannis met with the country’s Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and other officials.
