Three top financial web sites have got together to form the first major Chinese-language finance resources site. ChinaWeb, E-finet and ChinaYES signed an agreement this week to form the strategic alliance which will enable them to pool their resources and provide detailed financial information to investors around the world.
Together, the three web sites will deliver more of the latest market, finance and economic news in Chinese on the financial markets of China's inland, Hong Kong and Taiwan than they would be able to do individually - and at a cheaper price. They will amalgamate their databases and develop new products to cater to the needs of the market.
ChinaWeb, www.chinaweb.com, is affiliated with various Chinese financial magazines and newspapers. ChinaYES, www.cnyes.com, is a leading Taiwan-based financial site and E-finet, www.e-finet.com publishes Hong Kong's daily evening financial newspaper which is the only web site of its kind.
