The Cayman Islands Investment Bureau was to have celebrated the launch of its Hong Kong office this week, but senior Cayman figures who were to attend have had to remain in the islands after the damage inflicted by hurricane Ivan.
The CIIB’s Hong Kong opening, which has been postponed, will be the third overseas launch in the last twelve months, adding to its presence in London and New York.
