Aiming to meet the demands of the information technology age, a new line of services has been created by two companies joining forces.
Telecommunications giant Cable and Wireless has teamed up with computer specialists, Gateway Systems to offer a wide range of Internet and business services.
The new products will be aimed at the local business community and include state-of-the-art personal computers and servers, a full range of business-focused Internet access services, shared and dedicated Web hosting, e-commerce capabilities, domain name registration together with other e-business solutions.
Cable and Wireless General manager Eddie Saints said the new service would allow Bermuda companies "complete connectivity and practical application".
John Kyle, president and CEO of Gateway Systems said: "Aligning our strategy with a company whose telecommunications experience spans over 100 years allows for greater depth of products and services to the end user."
