The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announced on October 1 that it has approved the listing of shares by Asia Pacific Basket Limited.

The BSX has granted the company permission to list up to 999,000 Ordinary Shares of AUD0.01 each under the General Marketing provisions.

As determined by the board, the company will invest a portion of its funds in fixed income investments to hedge its portfolio, whilst the balance will be invested in an equity linked structure to obtain potential growth.

The company was incorporated in Guernsey on May 19, 2008, as a closed-end investment company with limited liability and unlimited duration. The listing is effective as of July 4, 2008.

Appleby Securities Limited sponsored the listing of the securities, which are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Regular Marketing.

“The BSX is pleased to welcome Asia Pacific Basket Limited to listing,” commented James S. McKirdy, Chief Compliance Officer of the BSX.
