Audit, accounting and business services firm, BDO Stoy Hayward, has announced the appointment of 11 new partners, with effect from April 1st 2008.
All of the new partners are currently employees of the firm - which is the UK Member Firm of BDO International - and nine of them joined as a result of the acquisition of tax business Chiltern TSP Ltd in October 2007. Two are currently Directors of key Practice Management Departments.
The new partner appointments this year follow on from the appointment of 14 new partners in July 2007.
Chiltern was one of the largest independent tax advisory firms in the UK and one of the leading providers of specialist tax services to smaller firms of accountants and legal practices.
Jeremy Newman, Managing Partner of BDO Stoy Hayward, commented:
"We are delighted to announce the appointment of 11 new partners. This is another demonstration of the firm's growth and our commitment to our clients and our people."

"This combined with the promotion of our heads of Marketing & Business Development and HR to partner is an example of the firm's ongoing investment in all aspects of our business. At a time when the war for talent is stronger than ever, we pride ourselves on having great people and these new partners are a reflection of this."All the new partners are based in London and will be based in the firm's newly opened offices in Baker Street.
