Aruba's business infrastructure is set to be enhanced by the addition of a new Commerce and Finance Park. The project, which will serve as the new Chamber of Commerce building, will also be large enough to house other commercial entities in the jurisdiction, as additional office space is planned.
The construction area consists of 30 thousand square meters and is located across from the Tamarijn Beach Resort. The planned office complex buildings will be available to corporations interested in settling within the Commerce and Finance Park.
It is envisaged that the new development will be home to leading banks, insurance companies and insurance brokers, law firms, tax consultants, accounting firms, notary firms, trust firms, offshore companies and holding operations. In addition to corporate offices, the project will also offer a secretarial bureau, marketing and graphics facilities as well as a cafeteria.
The President of the Chamber of Commerce is reported to be delighted with what has been deemed "an exceptional project for the business entities of Aruba."
