China 'Bans' Airlines From EU Carbon Tax Scheme

French aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation has been selected to begin exclusive negotiations to supply the Indian air force with 126 Rafale jet fighters, having beaten off a rival offer from a European consortium including leading aircraft manufacturer EADS - the parent company of Airbus, and UK manufacturer BAE Systems.
