Sales Of US Tax-Privileged Savings Plans Are Booming

27 December 2001

US company Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), a national leader in the administration of tax-advantaged employee benefit plans, experienced a 60% growth in new sales in 2001 and will be expanding its sales force by 30% to 40% in 2002.

This expansion will include the hiring of up to 15 new Regional Sales Directors (RSD), bringing the total number of RSDs to nearly 30. This will allow TASC to expand into new marketing and sales areas, will add to TASC's existing marketing and sales areas, and will enable more of TASC's network of independent Providers to have a direct relationship with a TASC RSD. This relationship will improve service for the Clients and Providers. "More access, and better relationships with these financial professionals means more savings and better service for our clients, the small business owner," says Daniel Rashke, CEO of TASC.

TASC's network of independent Providers consists of over 6,000 insurance, accounting and tax professionals nationwide who provide TASC's services to their small business clients.

In addition, in 2002 TASC will hire a new National Sales Director and a Sale Manager. TASC is expanding the sales office to secure the leadership that will help us obtain the sales our growth expectations require. This leadership, added to the existing strength within TASC's management team and the team of RSDs, will assist us in further stabilizing TASC in the market and in improving overall customer satisfaction.

This expansion is made possible by the record setting sales year TASC is having. "This expansion will allow TASC to bring its unique approach to tax savings and employee benefit plans to even more small business owners at a time when they desperately need them," states Rashke.

TASC offers AgriPlan(R)/BizPlan(R) (a plan for self-employed business owners), administrative services for FlexSystem(TM) (Section 125 Cafeteria Plans), MAPP(TM) (Maximum Advantage Pension Planning), and PHiEd(TM) (Planning for Higher Education). Through its products and services, TASC provides over 50,000 sole proprietors, family farmers and small business owners nationwide with innovative, tax advantaged employee benefit programs.
