The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) on Wednesday announced its new management team, which will report directly to the co-CEOs, Marc Lackritz and Micah Green.

According to the Association, the seven departments reflect an organization that is flatter and broader than either legacy trade association before the merger of the Bond Market Association and the Securities Industry Association.

“With this plan, we expect to integrate a deep connection to our members’ businesses and markets with widely competent and effective advocacy in the legislative, regulatory, legal and political arenas,” announced Micah Green, co-CEO of SIFMA.

The new SIFMA management team comprises:

  • Senior Managing Director, Executive Vice President - Randy Snook.
  • Senior Managing Director, General Counsel - Ira Hammerman.
  • Senior Managing Director(s), Government Relations - Richard Hunt, who will partner with a new hire.
  • Senior Managing Director, SIFMA Europe & Asia – This position is currently vacant.
  • Senior Managing Director, Strategic Communications - Christina Martin.
  • Senior Managing Director, Research - Interim co-heads Frank Fernandez and Michael Decker.
  • Senior Managing Director, Finance and Administration - Hugh Moore.
