Offshore Stockbrokers Launch Portfolio Valuation Service
Jersey and Isle of Man based Standard Bank Stockbrokers have launched
a new Internet based portfolio valuation and account enquiry system for
intermediary and private clients. Portfolio online provides clients with secure Internet access to their
portfolios and accounts. The new service will enable clients to more efficiently
monitor their equity, bond and offshore fund portfolios and to access
them outside of normal office hours. Information will be updated at the
end of each dayıs trading providing current valuations for users
as well as enquiry facilities for their dealing and income accounts. Security has been a major priority in the development of the service
and the system boasts advanced firewall technology and encryption tools.
Clients have to enter a user identity, memorable date and unique password
in order to access their accounts. "This new system will provide real benefits to our world-wide client
base who are supported by one of the largest investment teams offshore,"
commented Standard Bank Stockbrokers Jersey based Managing Director, Haydn "Intermediaries will find the administration of their client accounts
can be undertaken far more efficiently with the system giving them access
to all their accounts with us through one login. Our client base, both
