New Websites Give Foreign Investors Easier Access To Cypriot Property Market
Cyprus-based World Travel Gate (WTG) have announced the launch of two new property
websites designed to give foreign buyers access to both the new-build and existing
property markets. According to WTG, the new websites aim to take much of the hassle out of searching
for suitable property for prospective foreign buyers who have specific needs. “The Cyprus property market is seen as an over-crowded, somewhat confusing
market to overseas buyers,” observed John Burnside, Managing Director
of WTG. However, WTG stress that they are neither estate agents nor property developers.
"We simply act as a medium between buyer and seller, we are not contracted
to any individual developer or estate agent and always offer impartial advice
