Investec Trust Welcomes STEP Award Shortlisting

Investec Trust has welcomed its shortlisting for the Institutional Trust Company Team of the Year category at the STEP Private Client Awards 2007.

Investec Trust is one of the three firms (the other contenders being Barclays Wealth and Credit Suisse) which were shortlisted for this award from a range of entrants.

Robert Clifford, Investec Trust Chief Executive expressed pride at the firm's selection for the shortlist, announcing that:

“It is an honour to be put forward for an award from STEP which is the industry body for the trust sector. STEP shortlists for and makes its awards based not just on excellence of service but also on broader grounds such as contribution to the trust profession and engagement with the communities in which the nominees operate."

The award ceremony will take place in London on September 13. Other award categories include:
