IOM Bank Raises One-Year Interest Rate

Isle of Man-based Zurich Bank International, a subsidiary company of the Zurich Financial Services Group, has announced the launch of Issue 4 of its 1 Year Fixed Rate Bond series, which has a market leading rate of 6.60% Gross pa/AER.

This limited issue product has a minimum balance of GBP10,000 and is aimed at those savers who wish to receive a guaranteed rate of interest over 12 months. Graham Sheward, Managing Director of Zurich Bank International, said, “This is an excellent rate for a 1 Year Fixed Rate Bond and once again confirms our commitment to offer market leading savings accounts.”

The account is available to all personal customers, third party intermediaries, companies, trusts, charities and clubs and offers a choice of payment options on maturity. Interest is paid on maturity one year after account opening.
