Ecom.com Inc, a global provider
of electronic payment processing services, has announced the listing
of its existing common shares and new units on the Bermuda Stock
Exchange. Each unit represents one common share and a warrant
to purchase one-third of a common share.

First Ecom.com's existing links to Bermuda, a prime location for
ecommerce business. The Exchange continues to work to attract
