Cayman Vets CSX Brokers Rule-Book
A group chaired by Lee Hodgkinson, Head of Market Development at the Cayman Stock Exchange has undertaken a review to ensure that the rule-book for CSX broker members is fully compliant with internationally accepted regulatory standards. Andrew Smith, partner of KMPG FIRST, the team of consultants who have initially reviewed the new rules, said it is obvious that the exchange is committed to introducing a regulatory regime that is at the forefront of international stock exchange development. The new rules will now be distributed for comment to all broker members and other interested parties. .
